3. Customers are responsible for **return shipping costs**, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your fragrance.
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or issue store credit. Please note that the return shipping fee is non-refundable.

**Refunds:**

* Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment after the returned product is received and inspected.
